As of June 1, 2013 we are now the Saklan Lodge #970 in the Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council

The Saklan (or Saclan) are a Native American tribe from the Bay Miwok community, based just south of San Pablo and Suisun Bays, in California.  Other tribes of the Bay Miwok were Chupcan, Julpun, Ompin, Tatcan and Volvon.  Saklan historical tribal lands ranged from Moraga, to San Leandro Creek, to Lafayette in Contra Costa County.
